Believing is just the Beginning
There must be a beginning and an end to everything. How are you starting your beginning? Are you keeping the faith that what you started out to accomplish is going to happen? Do you still believe in yourself? Until the next time, take the time to re-group and remember if you only believe… the sky is the limit.

No Weapon!
Ok….put on your running shoes! Time to relieve some stress! One..Two..Three..Four..Now Breathe. Exercise is one of the most important parts of your life along with a healthy diet. When we are rushed to get things done this can be two of the things we neglect. Here are a couple of pointers for a healthy lifestyle:
· Eat a balance diet everyday (or at least try) that consists of foods from the four basic food groups.
· Take routine breaks.
· Keep a daily journal. I have found that writing down my thoughts help me to relieve stress. Also write down things that you have accomplished.
