Believing is just the Beginning

There must be a beginning and an end to everything. How are you starting your beginning? Are you keeping the faith that what you started out to accomplish is going to happen? Do you still believe in yourself? Until the next time, take the time to re-group and remember if you only believe… the sky is the limit.

No Weapon!

Ok….put on your running shoes! Time to relieve some stress! One..Two..Three..Four..Now Breathe. Exercise is one of the most important parts of your life along with a healthy diet. When we are rushed to get things done this can be two of the things we neglect. Here are a couple of pointers for a healthy lifestyle:

· Eat a balance diet everyday (or at least try) that consists of foods from the four basic food groups.

· Take routine breaks.

· Keep a daily journal. I have found that writing down my thoughts help me to relieve stress. Also write down things that you have accomplished.

· Don’t procrastinate! I know we all do at times. But this can lead to the highest stress there is. When we wait till the last minute to do things we are in a major rush and sometimes can be on the edge!

Love the ones you love & love you

They say “all work and no play make a dull life”. While we are working towards our goals, don’t forget the ones you love and have stood by you throughout the thick and thin. Take time to spend and enjoy your family but most important take time for yourself. Take time for walks in the park, a hot bubble bath, get the kids (and sometimes the husband) out the house to allow time for you to think and re-group. This will help you to be productive person whether at home, work, or school.

Blog Introduction

Become as a Child

How can I start? As a child we always dreamed of what we want to be when we grew up. Some of us teachers, nurses, doctors, lawyers, you name it. My husband wanted to be a mortician and I wanted to be a teacher. But whatever we wanted to be as a child, we were focused on it as a child. As we became adults we lost focus. Either from the cares of the world or others discouraging us. But whatever made us turn away from our dreams, there is still hope in reaching our goals.
